Shri Mataji and Sir CP Srivastava Wedding Anniversary Celebrations

The occasion of the celebration of Shri Mataji's and Sir CP's 59th wedding anniversary was an occasion of great joy and happiness and of great significance where we could worship the most exalted example of the institution of marriage manifest as the Divine protective Power felt by all Sahaja Yogis.

The occasion of Shri Mataji and Sir CP's wedding anniversary was a sacred opportunity to worship the Divine Being the ultimate cause of all things.

The night was opened to all the collective to come to the abode of the Goddess to propitiate the Divine Mother, for She rules supreme over the universe which is pervaded by Her energy, Her Shakti and grace.

An event of pageantry and celebration was hosted, the attire formal, a banquet was served to the collective, the crisp autumn evening enjoyed by many hundreds of Sahaja Yogis who had so assembled.

At the appointed time we were ushered into the meditation room which had been decorated as Heaven's Gate to find the Goddess in Her revealed form, who working everywhere as the material cause of all things was seated upon Her throne. We bowed down in worship of Our Mother upon whom depends the prosperity of the whole world, the inexhaustible source of Divinity.

Songs were sung in Her honour, our thanks humbly given : our lives have been so illumined by the pure existence of the Divine, and their example as the perfect couple. The great need of the hour in our world is harmony, the reawakening of the innate morality within all human beings, and the proper knowledge of the Divine force of the universe.

The lovingcommunion of Shri Mataji and Sir CP with each other, and with the whole, means some part of their happiness is reflected to the world, and helps us to be as one with the whole.

Shri Mataji's greatness is a reflected part of Her universal magnificence which She allows us to witness.

This night of celebration we were allowed another opportunity to surrender ourselves to the Divine Mother. We are all Her children made up of Her substance, we know and feel that She is all-pervading. There is no place where She is not, this has been our highest prosperity; the zenith of our time.

Wesurrender to Shri Mataji who is the highest power, the governing power of the universe, and ask Her to please accept our offering of Puja and our heartfelt attempt to come in contact with that Power.
