A special program will be held on Saturday, 23 November 2013 at Bondi. The Sahaja Yoga music group, Music of Joy, will perform a fusion of Indian and Western music to charm and enlighten the soul. Music of Joy  is a multicultural group of musicians who have shared their unique style of music with audiences across Australia and around the world.

The event will include the unique experience of Sahaja Yoga meditation which is now practised in over 120 countries. You are invited to attend this  free concert to discover what thousands of other people around the world are experiencing.

When:  Saturday 23rd November, 2013, 6:30pm to 8.00pm

Where: Chapel by the Sea, 95 Roscoe Street (cnr Gould St), Bondi Beach, Sydney

The Australian Sahaja Yoga music group, Music of Joy, will soon start a new tour in the South East Asian region, holding concerts in Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Music of Joy is a dynamic, world music group that has been very well-received by enthusiasic audiences in many countries of the world.

The next Sahaja Yoga meditation workshop for the Brisbane area is to be held on Saturday, 25 May 2013, at Wamuran.

The workshop is suitable for those who have already been practising Sahaja Yoga meditation, as well as for those who are coming for the first time.

If you have been attending Sahaja Yoga for a while, this is the chance to learn new techniques to enhance your meditation, helping you to find a new depth of peace and clarity and improving your general state of well-being.

For the beginner, this is an opportunity to discover the peace which lies within and experience a new awareness that you probably never knew existed.

Where: Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre, 95 McClintock Road, Wamuran Queensland (60 minutes north of Brisbane)

Program

2:00 – 2:30 pm: Arrival and refreshments

2:30 – 3:00 pm: Meditation – How to achieve the state of mental silence

3:00 – 4:00 pm: Clearing techniques to improve your meditation

4:00 – 4:20 pm: Video lecture from Shri Mataji (founder of Sahaja Yoga)

4:20 – 5:15 pm: Meditation and live music

5.30 pm: Dinner

Cost: There is no cost for the workshop.

Directions to workshop venue in Wamuran

The address is: 95 McClintock Road, Wamuran. From the M1 motorway, take the Kilcoy exit and proceed along D’Aguilar Hwy until reaching Wamuran. Opposite the IGA store, turn right and then right again into Station Rd. Turn left at the small roundabout into Newlands Rd for approximately 3km, and then left into Patane Rd which leads to McClintock Rd. Number 95 is just over the top of the hill on the left.
