The Music
The renowned Music of Joy group will be presenting their delightful and vibrant songs taken from countries from all over the globe. Their music can awaken and enlighten the spirit within, and one can feel meditative, joyous and uplifted in a most effortless and spontaneous way. More about Music of Joy.
The Meditation
The guided meditation will include a video presentation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga. Her meditation provides a unique experience of true meditation for mental, emotion, physical and spiritual well-being. “Only in meditation you are in present and you grow in your spirituality.” – Shri Mataji
The Workshops
The event will include 4 weekly meditation workshops for newcomers and regulars. You will have the opportunity to learn more about our meditation with one-on-one sessions with clearing and balancing to improve your meditation experience. All sessions include guided meditations. You can attend at any time, even you have missed some sessions.

Getting there
The address is: The Sahaja Yoga Meditation Centre, 95 McClintock Road, Wamuran. From the M1 motorway, take the Kilcoy exit and proceed along D’aguilar Hwy until reaching Wamuran. Opposite the IGA store, turn right and then right again into Station Rd. Turn left at the small roundabout into Newlands Rd for approx 3km, then left into Patane Rd which leads to McClintock Rd. Shri Mataji, Founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation
The Founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation, Shri Mataji dedicated Her life to helping humanity realise its innate spiritual nature through an experience known as Self-realisation. Her core teaching is that within us all lies a transformative potential, which can be awakened through Self-realisation and by doing so, we can bring peace and well-being to ourselves, our families and society.
Music of Joy
Music of Joy is a unique, multicultural band based in Sydney. The magic of the group comes from the dynamic energy produced when over twenty musicians, with a wide variety of cultural backgrounds, join together with one common goal – to share music that is joyful and uplifting.

Please join us for a free meditation workshop in Sydney. The workshop is designed to help you establish emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing through Sahaja Yoga meditation. The workshop is suitable both for complete beginners and for regular Sahaja Yoga meditators.

Workshop Groups
Workshop attendees will be invited to join one of the following groups during the day:
- Group 1: Beginners (For newcomers to Sahaja Yoga.)
Introduction to meditation and Self Realisation and learning how to achieve inner balance. - Group 2: Intermediate (For those who are familiar with Sahaja Yoga.)
Cleaning techniques with balancing, foot-soaking and exchanging of vibrations. - Group 3: Advanced (For those who have attended many Sahaja Yoga in-person or online in-depth events/programs.)
