‘There can be no peace in the world until there is peace within’
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – founder

Sunday 12th July, 2015
2.00pm to 3.30pm
Iramoo Community Centre
84 Honour Ave, Wyndham Vale
(Google map)

Our meditation and music team will be in Wyndham Vale this Sunday to share their unique experience of Self-Realisation which will awaken the Kundalini energy to enable true meditation.

subtle system.jpgMore about Self- Realisation
When awakened, the Kundalini energy rises through the subtle system and opens the Sahasrara Chakra in the limbic area, connecting the human being to the all-pervading power. The seeker’s sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems become relaxed and balanced, producing a natural state of meditation marked by thoughtless awareness, alertness, a profound sense of peace and bubbling joy within that leads to the harmonious integration of the individual’s emotional, physical and mental aspects.

About the event

  • Free and without any obligation.
  • no booking required
  • no special clothes or equipment needed.
  • suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators.
