HOW MEDITATION HELPS TO SLOW RESTLESS MIND?
Are you stressing out due to random thoughts coming to your mind? Are you not able to relax and feel anxiety most of the time? Let us learn how to slow down our thoughts and get in silence by practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation.

MIND, REACTIONS & THOUGHTLESS AWARENESS
“Reaction is a very great enemy of human beings, that we react to everything. We should not react. We should just become silent and then… the power of Paramchaitanya (all pervading power of the Divine) acts”- Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
Let’s Meditate together to reduce the reactions of the mind and achieve the true silence within.

INSPIRING EDUCATION WITH MUSIC AND MEDITATION
Gerald Wirth, artistic director and president of the world-renowned Vienna Children’s Choir shares his unique method and practice of teaching for educators and students.

DON’T BE A YO YO – FLY LIKE A KITE!
See within ourselves what sort of things are dragging us down and not giving us the pure desire. If this desire becomes intense then we can see what are the forces that are dragging us down.

WHY ARE WE HERE?
People have reached a stage where they start thinking – why are they created? what is the purpose of their life? Why are they here? Are they here just to be born, earn some living, spend some money, run after power, run after other superficial things, which do not give you a fulfillment of the joy that has been promised to us through all the scriptures. And then they start thinking “After all what is it we are here for?
